Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC



It's from the grapes ol our vineyards in Campiano at an altitude of 600 metres above sea level, that we produce this historic wine: Ripasso.
This is a wine that is born from the relermentation ("RIPASSO") with the leltover Recioto and Amarone grape skins, which, after the drying process known as "appassimento" and alter being crushed, are still rich in tannins, colour, and aromas.
Through this unique process, Eresh Valpolicella wine is harmoniously enriched with a robust body, gaining a higher alcohol content, deeper colour, and a more complex bouquet ol aromas.
