Typical sweet red wine. During the grape-harvest only the best bunches are seleced and left to dry until January or February. The partial aging in new oak barrels enhances the features of this exquisite wine. After being bottled, the wine remains in our cellar at a constant temperature to allow further ageing. It can be wonderfully enjoyed immediately or it can be kept for more than 10 years without losing its qualities.
