Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG

Only the very best grapes from our vineyard in Campiano at 600 meters above the sea level are selected to give life to our Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG. This selection of sparse grape bunches is laid out on large traditional wooden trays, known as "graticci", where they are left to dry until January in order to favour the concentration of sugars and aromas. The aging in oak barrels, is ideal for making this prized wine mature to perfection. We also require a subsequent ageing period in the bottle.
