Our Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore is crafted from grapes grown in our vineyard. The limestone-rich soil encourages the grapes to release more aromas. The result is a rich and balanced wine. Ripasso means "to pass over again" and that's because the wine undergoes a second fermentation in contact with Recioto and Amarone grape skins, that after being crushed, are still rich in components. The fresh Valpolicella is thus harmoniously enriched with colour, body and aromas.
