Our Amarone della Valpolicella is crafted from grapes harvested from our vineyard. Benefiting from ideal exposure, our vineyard enjoys optimal conditions for ripening. After the harvest the bunches are laid out for the Appassimento that lasts for at least 90 days, giving this wine just its iconic features: power, elegance and longevity. The aging in French oak barrels completes the aromatic profile of this regal wine.
